NEXTARP COMBINES ENGINEERING
AND SCIENCE TO CREATE THE BEST TARP AVAILABLE

NEXTARP is made in an ingenious multi-step process originally developed in Sweden. It starts with polyethylene pellets mixed with UV inhibitors and colorants being blow molded into a wide continuous tube. This tube is flattened after cooling and wound into a roll.

Next, the roll is unwound over a special device that allows the film to be cut in what amounts to a spiral. This orients the films greatest strength at an angle as it is again wound into a roll.

Finally, multiple layers of this spiral cut film are laminated together with alternating orientations to produce NEXTARP Film. In this way, UV protection and color are infused throughout the film thickness and not just coated on the outsides.
This process produces a polyethylene film with unmatched strength and lasting durability with lightweight environmentally responsible features. This material has been used in Europe for years and now is available to North America.
